Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
Keap is used across our entire organisation from marketing and lead generation, through the sales process to reporting and referral. As our core CRM and sales and marketing automation tool, Keap acts as our business hub and source of truth for data-driven decision-making. It has allowed us to increase revenue, save time and increase team productivity as well as automate our customer experience in a way that feels highly personalised for our clients.
Pros
- Sales pipeline and lead tracking.
- Email nurturing with automated email marketing campaigns and manual broadcasting.
- Integrating with other third-party tools to create a customised systems ecosystem.
Cons
- Landing page builders could benefit from being able to handle more customisable sales funnels for businesses keen to implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Some appointment features such as appointment date and time could be better stored in a custom field to trigger automation based on field timers.
- 50% increase in appointments leading to 2x revenue each year since our inception.
- Saved at least 20 hours a week across sales and marketing admin.
- Allowed us to leverage team strengths with repeatable and templatised processes.
The listings wouldn't show these tools but we have tested this against Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, Hubspot and Go High Level and continue to on a regular basis when we are discussing the use of Keap in a client's business. The customisability is what wins out every time for us as a business and as an implementer of Keap. With Active Campaign you are forced to follow a wizard and implement in the order it wants you to. The constant clicking in and out of emails to build the next step is frustrating and time-consuming. Active Campaign's lack of any kind of eCommerce solution also lets it down. Mailchimp has unfortunately followed suit and much like Hubspot and Go High Level, I'm skeptical of any tool that promises to be all-in-one. Especially with their add-on of sales and marketing automation and landing pages with very limited functionality. With Hubspot as your functionality needs increased and so does pricing. Whereas Keap comes with its core features and benefits as standard.
