Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
I use Keap to manage contacts, run all my invoicing, email/text marketing, and scheduling. I have my employees set up and manage contacts through the program too. I also have clients that I help to set up marketing campaigns, landing pages, and email follow-ups through Keap. There are more features too that I don't use as frequently.

- It can be hard to set up and start implementing automation.
- Not able to customize user permissions.
- More options with landing pages and forms.
- Saves me hours per week.
- Keeps me more organized.
- Helps me create sales funnels.
The price for Keap is actually better than if you purchase all the pieces with HubSpot or Zoho. Keap Pro includes all of that and doesn't make you upgrade or add-on.
