Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

A few years ago, we were converting from on-premises user storage (network drives for group and user PC shares) to Office 365 (SharePoint and OneDrive). Microsoft's default 90-day backup policy was insufficient because it does not provide backups after user offboarding or for long-term restore requests. KeepIT offered that functionality.

Pros

  • Native integration with Office 365.
  • Efficient backup solution for all Office 365 solutions.
  • Cost-effective.

Cons

  • Backup of M365 tenant configuration date.
  • Very cost effective for large enterprise organizations.
We've integrated KeepIT as a crucial component in our offboarding process. Backups happen automatically and give us peace of mind on knowledge retention.
For sure. Easy way to handle data restore requests. Does not require expert knowledge.
A bit more complicated to work with; many options and checks to consider.
