Overall Satisfaction with Motive

We use it as our ELD for our 4 commercial trucks. I am the admin on the Motive. It helps me to keep track of the location my drivers are at.

Motive's support is great. They answer the phone very quickly. You are not on hold waiting for a long time to get someone to help you. They are knowledgeable. They are patient. They stood on the phone with me until I finished fixing the problem. I did not feel rushed.
It has saved us money and helps keep good relationships with our customers and brokers. We are able to track our drivers. We are able to set-up new drivers on this platform very easily. When we had questions...Motive's support was quick to answer the phone. You are not on hold waiting for a long time to get someone to help you. They are knowledgeable.

When I needed support...I called and got help right away...no long hold times. Patient suppport tech. The technician stood on the phone with me explaining how to edit the HOS problem until I got it right. I did not feel the rushed or uncomfortable asking questions. I really enjoy their support center.
