Overall Satisfaction with KeepTruckin

We utilize Keeptruckin to manage our ELD log requirements. We use it to monitor and track equipment inspections, driver locations via the mapping service, and all HOS logging for compliance. We also utilize it to monitor and enhance driver safety. In addition, it allows us to easily compile mileage distances for each driver and truck to use for tax purposes.

  • Current real time HOS for driver and dispatch to see and review
  • Real time automatic email alerts of safety events
  • More reliable connectivity of the Gateway units
  • No automatic rejection of same day log edits when the driver moves the truck
  • Stop making dashboard changes, just to make changes, with no real improvements
  • It has positively impacted our safety program both in HOS and performance monitoring.
  • We have been able to protect drivers with the driver cam footage to dispute claims.
The support staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the staff do have thicker accents and can be difficult to understand when talking to them over the phone. I personally have not had difficulty. However, some of my drivers have reported this issue.
The support staff is available 24/7. I have never had any significant delay or hold time reaching them. Usually, they are able to assist and correct the problem very quickly. The sales staff with which I work is also very responsive and communicates well. I really do not have any issues with availability at all.

KeepTruckin is more than adequate for all of your ELD logging needs. It is user-friendly and easy to manage. It has nice safety features. If there is an event (HOS Violation, Crash, unsafe operation) the system will email you immediately and you can review it. With the optional camera installed it helps tremendously with the safety and protection of your drivers and company. I had a driver crash, I received notification, reviewed the video, and saw that he had gone off of the road and turned over. I was not able to get him by phone. But with the video and positioning info from KeepTruckin, I was able to get authorities to him and quickly get him help.
