We use Kendo UI for the development of our new product, fully developed in a web environment.
Since 2013 we have been using Kendo and keep electing year after year.
The implementation issues we have had were quickly answered, using the ticket system for support in 24 or 48 hours we have an answer.

Pros
- It has robust objects to process data remotely with our REST service.
- It has a lot of widgets. The visual and graphic components are very powerful and easy to use.
- They constantly progress by adding more functionality and a better product.
- Online support responds correctly and quickly.
- It allows you to extend the components or create new components in an easy way.
Cons
- It would be good if they offered the possibility of paying for customized improvements.
- It would be very useful to present training for subscribers
- We are in a stage of development of our product. So far we have made small developments and the acceptance by the users was very good!
We did not make an empirical product comparison. At the time of making the decision, what was offered by its competitors was taken into account.
