Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

Khoros care is an integral tool used at Meta for social media publishing, moderation, and social listening. The best thing about the tool is that it brings in all functions of social under one platform and team. The second best thing is the service from Khoros strategists and moderators. It's a one stop-shop for social media managers.

  • More focus on strategy and suggesting new content to SMMs
  • Ability to create lists and listening around influencers
  • Competitive dashboards with more in-depth information (SOV)
  • Provided weekly suggestions that led to at least one engaging social media posts each month
  • Created a comms pause strategy using data and thresholds from Khoros Care
  • Increase positive sentiment organic conversation on LinkedIn
While I no longer use Khoros Care (switched companies) I would renew if possible simply for the dedicated support and continuous improvements the platform and the team have made on our social performance. Khoros is amazing in supporting small but impactful social media teams and fills in a lot of blanks.
In order to make Khoros a truly one-of-a-kind tool, the company will need to enhance user experience and ease of use to make it more in-line with native social platforms. Better integration with platforms beyond traditional social will also be important in advancing the listening and engagement capabilities across the board.

Khoros is more than just a platform for social publishing. No other competitor provides the in-depth moderation and social listening services that they do. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop of a platform for all things social, this is the tool to be using. Others are better in usability and innovative functionality.

Khoros care honestly makes sense for all companies but is especially needed when your social media conversation and incoming commentary is higher than other industries. It's also very useful if you are a brand that is looking for a team to manage different parts of social strategy but you are not able to grow a team internally.
