Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

We used it as a community management tool. We had a large community of former students who interact with current students for networking and Khoros helped us gather insight from these interactions.

  • Clearer rules for blocking and reporting problematic content
  • Lists are not available yet
It's very intuitive and the customer support helped us with the onboarding process.
I think it still needs to improve in order to be a viable option for a company with over a thousand employees.
Zendesk was too big and complex, way more functionalities than we needed and that made the onboarding process dificult.

I wouldn't recommend it for a larger company with a huge amount of content to keep track, it's not very scalable. But for smaller companies it is a perfect fit.
