Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

Utilised the application to help our client perform and monitor customer research, as well as to organise their editorial schedule across channels. This tool was mostly used to schedule and approve content and keep track of social media mentions.

It is evident to me that Khoros was developed by experts in marketing methods that go beyond social media. Their product roadmaps place a high premium on scalability and omnichannel integration.

Sprout has more feature and more options for social networks.
My client began utilising Khoros to effectively respond to customer inquiries on many social media platforms; plan, organise, and post content; and carry out analytics that might be vital in our marketing decision-making. I think Khoros is fairly decent in terms of customisation; the calendar view is visually appealing, and the approval procedure is a great feature that allows information to be evaluated before it is released.
