Our company uses it brand by brand. We use it to schedule all organic social posts for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. We then track our performance with the analytics tool to monitor campaign performance. We also make use of the analytic tool to monitor the engagement, reach, and impressions of organic posts.

It's a user-friendly and easy calendar layout to see scheduled posts. It is easy to foresee the plans for the length of a campaign in advance. We also use the functionality of the approval process when scheduling posts to eliminate errors and have an extra set of eyes on the copy and imagery used.

It is helpful to track performance in the analytics tool with the ability to adjust the dates you’d like to look at. We also track the sentiment of comments, but not reviews, since we don’t have them integrated into this platform.
