We use the marketing module for different things, but mostly with analytics. Marketing Dashboards to understand the metrics of each one of our campaigns. Care Dashboards to have a better insight of what are our followers talking about on our social networks, data exports for any special report that we have to create, and custom metrics are very useful because they allow you to get exactly the metric you need.
Pros
- It allows you to create not only your own marketing or care dashboards but now you can also custom your metrics.
- You can see the analytics information in the platform but is also available for export, so you can create anything you need at the data studio.
Cons
- It has room for improvement with publishing. Although here we can publish, for example at LinkedIn, we are not receiving the same features in other networks such as Instagram (we use Later here, also because it has a great preview feature to show how the aesthetic would go on the feed to the client).
- Useful analysis of the insights we can get from our reports on every social network.
- While labeling on care we are able to get metrics on our care dashboards, recreating the topics and the sentiment in our user's conversations. Kind of a social listening.
Yes, our use of the platform provides us metrics that we convert into insights in order to take strategic decisions for the good of our client.
We are not giving Khoros Marketing that use, because we have another tool to work deeper on Social Listening.

Plans and Care Dashboards, in particular, are two features that we catalog as unique because those two provide us with results that we can only get by using them. In Plans, we can get information from specific groups of content and in Care Dashboards, we get the detail of what our users are speaking about and how is their sentiment with the brand.
