We use KnowBe4 for training for the whole organization. We set up phishing training and information security/cybersecurity awareness.

The phishing emails that are sent out to users are fairly decent.
The information in the security awareness training is well organized, especially the ones with the quizzes.
The games that they have are nice to integrate with a training module and keeps the audience engaged.

Some of the phishing templates that go out are obviously a phish, but you can edit the templates.
I started using AIDA last month, but I haven't really determined what it's doing, it may be sent out one email.
It's hard to understand how KnowBe4 is determining phish prone users if they are not opening attachments or failing. The phish prone percentage goes up and down and does not give a clear definition of how the matrix is.

The training has helped our users be more aware of attacks being used to gain info, etc.

KnowBe4 has alot of great training material. It can be used per department or for a company wide training such as HR, Security awareness, etc.

I have only had to reach out to support one time for a general question.
