Easy Compliance.

We use Compliance Plus to provide key training to our staff. We're subject to a number of state and federal compliance requirements, and this platform provides the appropriate training in an easy-to-digest and administer format. Our users seem happy with the content and brevity of the training.

Our use case is primarily HIPAA security training to satisfy federal requirements, general information security and phishing awareness training for SOC 2, and several state-specific and industry-specific managerial training focused on communication, conflict, violence reduction, privacy, and other categories.

Our executives have been pleased with the centralized reporting experience that KnowBe4 provides. Having a single pane of completion for all staff and training is convenient.

The content is acceptable. More is always better, of course. I recommend verifying that the necessary training is included with the quoted SKU.
