Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

KnowBe4 is really helpful in organizing all our trainings and compliance things. The UI is straight forward and easy to use. From signing documents to sexual harassment training, KnowBe4 does it all very professionally and painlessly. Our company's integration with Okta also makes it a breeze to access - no complaints at all here!

  • Documents folder of signed docs for record keeping
  • timer in documents to show how long you need to read it for
  • Streamlines our BSL training compliance process!
I am not aware of this, so I can't really comment on it
It is really easy to use for employees and makes it easy for all to know exactly were to find trainings, when they are due, and how to complete it.
It is as engaging as a course can be, although, it is equally easy for everyone to tap through and kind of dissociate while completeing the trainings. They approach cybersecurity trainings in an easy to understand way though!
It is super easy to use, especially with the Okta integration.
I haven't used other tools before.

It was great for on-boarding documents and trainings. We used it for signing our employee handbook and it was straight forward. The only thing that was confusing was even after reviewing a document, the time constraints to complete it were too long, although this is up to the employer I believe (maybe it can provide reasonable time frames for review a certain amount of pages)
