Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

We are a manufacturing plant and safety is our top priority. We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to assist in our safety trainings for new hires and also refresher trainings for employees. The newsletters we send out are also a great refresher for employees. Our department also utilizes KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for phishing email simulations and cyber security testing so being able to automate the trainings with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has been a great tool for our cyber security team. It effortlessly sends out necessary trainings once a failure occurs.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has helped our organization by providing training that gives an overall understanding of data privacy. The courses assist with data clarification, how to protect data when using AI, doxing, etc. that assists our cyber security team with minimizing the risk of data loss.
The reporting feature is very detailed. We get a list of the riskiest users, and the trainings have already been sent over to those users to complete. The reports allow us to identify who needs more one on one training or who we need to give special attention to help minimize risk. The users also have a leadership board so they can see where they fall within the company, badges, etc. to help encourage users to complete trainings.
We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus to mainly focus on cyber security, how to identify phishing emails, and what types of phishing emails are out there. We've seen an increase in employees reporting suspicious emails since implementing KnowBe4 Compliance Plus.
From the admin side, the layout of KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is very user friendly and allows you to setup what is needed when it comes to different trainings, automatically assigning trainings to users if they've failed simulations, etc. The reporting makes it easy to identify who might need additional training.

For the users, the interface clearly shows what trainings have been assigned and the deadline to complete those trainings, lets you know what trainings have already been complete, etc. It lays it out very simple to make it easy to understand for everyone.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus would be suitable for any business but especially larger companies with a large range of departments. For example, we have a department that has to comply with HIPPA, one that has to stay compliant for cGMP, ethics training, cyber security, etc. All trainings are in one central location that makes it easier to maintain and assign.
