This program along with the Phish Alert Button puts the onus on users to report emails that might be malicious and screens them based on criteria. If it is determined to be a threat it yanks it out of that inbox and every other inbox in the firm. There are multiple occasions where someone has reported an email and it is yanked from as many as 10 inboxes throughout the firm, doing its best to prevent a breach. This tool is worth every penny if you are trying to take a serious posture on cyber security.

No longer do staff and attorneys have to send questionable emails to me for review, they can report it to a software that identifies the threats. This frees me up to manage my other workload more effectively. The benefits of being able to isolate and target the incident response to effected users saves me time in trying to track down anyone who may be affected.

We use the PhishML and PhishRIP, but have not used the other components to this point. These items have been essential tools in the cybersecurity tool belt
