Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Across the organization to create awareness of the pitfalls and scams you may encounter by using your computer devices.
  • The Security Awareness examples are given in a very easy to understand way.
  • The way it is presented, although the user might think he or she has all the knowledge, still creates awareness of the pitfalls.
  • It is like a refreshment course shaking our memories out of a daily routine which sometimes makes us ignoring possible red flags.
  • Not being a computer boffin I found it sufficient.
  • I believe that by implementing, enrolling it throughout a company it can only but be beneficial, not just to the company but to the individual as well, even in his private capacity.

Not being a computer boffin if I may call it that, the usability was up to par, easy to understand, clear and very informative, creating an awareness what to be aware of.
Definitely well suited for the group of employees not seen as top notch computer boffins but still receiving large amounts of emails due to position employed for.
I believe the computer boffins are very much aware of all the pitfalls and not so easily caught by scams, etc., however nobody is immune to scams, irrespective of your computer skills.
