Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

This product is fantastic for spreading awareness about cybersecurity issues and helping everyone to understand their role and responsibility in keeping the company safe. Setting up training campaigns takes a matter of just a few minutes, and they can be tailored to individuals, groups, or the whole company. You can set up multiple simulation campaigns with varying levels of difficulty and the dynamic group's feature makes maintaining lists completely automated.

  • Employees reach out for verification of any email that seems unusual to them.
While not always the fastest to respond, they are always willing to jump on a call and walk me through any issues that I have or help me learn how to set up something in the portal.

This is a simple interface to learn and takes very little training at all to get set up. Creating new campaigns is as simple as choosing a start date, a duration, training modules, and identifying the groups to be involved.
The team was great to work with and took their time to ensure that we knew what we were doing with the product and that it was set up to meet the specific needs of our organization. This wasn't just a cookie-cutter deployment, but rather they focused specifically on our needs.
Pricing was straightforward, easy to understand, and fair.
If you believe that your company isn't at risk of cyber attacks, you're just plain wrong. Everyone needs to be trained on keeping their accounts safe and protecting company information. This is the responsibility of every employee in the company, and KnowBe4 excels and teaching your employees what to look for through simulations and training. You need this, plain and simple.
