Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this service to cultivate a culture of security awareness and meet various requirements for some of the contracts that we are involved with. Our employee base is diverse and multinational so consistent training is important to alert them to upcoming threats, train them to identify unnatural emails and maintain vigilance across the company.

The phishing emails are very accurate and convincing
The constructive messages to end users continues to encourage them
The management console provides excellent insights into the end user behavior and responses

Approving or removing end users from campaigns does involve several steps
false positive results from phishing tests occur frequently
Mobile devices tend to generate more false positives for phishing tests

The support for the KnowBe4 security awareness training includes many videos, samples, and walkthroughs. These resources provide end-users with many methods to learn the skills necessary to avoid falling victim to actual phishing attacks. The administrative support has been very helpful and timely when it was needed. I actually haven't needed to contact support for any specific issue, so the system provides enough documentation and an understandable user interface to be productive and manage my company without needing extra assistance.

The usability of the KnowBe4 security awareness training provides a solid and understandable interface for my role as the administrator for my company. The combination of visual and text reporting gives me insights into my end users' behaviors and problem areas. When I need to investigate a specific user in-depth, the information is readily available and clearly presented.

The KnowBe4 security awareness training works well with end-users that do not have the time or patience to sit through extended security training seminars. The KnowBe4 system prepares end-users with an appropriate amount of content over a reasonable time frame. I believe the yearly updates to the course provide excellent updates so that newer trends in email and phishing can be explained and counteracted by end-users.
