Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We didn't have a platform that could do both training and phishing exercises. We used to do our content and it took a lot of effort and time to do this. There's no baselining or comparison to the industry. Not many reporting options. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has solved these and others. It is a very engaging platform and it has uplifted the security posture by improving the security culture in the organization.
