Great Security Awareness Training platform

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training was a great tool to work with with regard to strengthening our user's cybersecurity skills. The product is easy to use and intuitive for most common tasks (creating phishing and training campaigns). The documentation is well done and is really useful for the more advanced tasks (user directory synchronization, phish alert button, custom notification). I am a self-learner so that is a big plus for me. The few times I had to request support were met with prompt, clear, and accurate responses and I never felt stuck trying to accomplish something. I wish more products had this level of polishing. The only negative thing I can think about is a few minor incidents where the console was slow or some reports weren't available for a few hours but that never felt very long and I was quickly able to understand the issue via the status page. I think there could be some improvements to create custom reports but I recently saw some new features in that area so I believe this is being worked on.
