My organization now uses KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for phishing campaigns, security awareness training, and data collection on employee behaviors and traits. We can identify deficiencies through data collection, then push training based on what has the biggest impact on users. This will lessen the likelihood of privacy violations.

  • Provides tools to gather necessary information
  • Raises awareness among the employees

  • Some of the examples seem too easy might not be relevant in real world
