Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We solely use knowb4 security awareness training to train all of our staff here with all departments. We train our front end staff as well as back admin office. We also train our accounting, HR and IT department with these trainings.

Pros

  • It helps us keeping our staff informed on phishing emails
  • it helps our staff to protect the front end systems
  • It is user friendly platform

Cons

  • one improvement could be easily adding users to the training rather then whole group
  • Another thing is I have to manually select the level of subscription we have in order to filter out trainings specific to our level. I think it would be ideal if it was setup to be default
  • Phishing emails are reported rightaway to us now
  • staff is more aware on not to click on any attachments and watch for things on emails
  • Staff is more careful with customer's personal information

It's always nice to keep getting fresh content on knowb4 because we are constantly training our staff
we have a couple of admin's on the portal for our IT team. The access is controlled by us
notification on who has completed training and who is remaining is important to us. Reports like who is passing and failing the course where we need to be better. Also the color chart on how many people have completed
I think the trainings are very well suited in all areas for our organization
