Great, keeps up morale and confidence in how we are protecting ourselves and the company from cybersecurity threats. Brings awareness to security and leaves the company with less vulnerable employees. Teaches employees best practices.
New hires get assigned courses during their onboarding phase and we provide refresher courses throughout the year as well as new courses as scams become more technical and advanced. Staying prepared if anyone ever tries to hack us in any way from field operations to corporate.
We like to look at our Completion records and weigh them against employees failing the fake attacks we send out then provide additional training based on the percentage or send out refresher courses for the individuals who failed.
It’s suited when employees need to able to identify what phishing looks like. All organizations need to spread awareness on the different ways data can be breached or compromised and how to report the issues or scams and provide best case results. I also like when KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps IT set up phishing emails to see how many people will fall for it shortly after a lesson goes out. Great for tracking purposes.
