Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
We use Power PDF to convert files into PDFs and edit PDFs that we receive. This helps us to send official documents back and forth to our clients that are necessary for pet shipments. We use this program daily and find it very helpful to our organization. It is much cheaper than ADOBE PDF. My two complaints are that 1. it was hard to download/install the proper file 2. Some of the functions are difficult to figure out at first.

- Edits pdf text
- Adds notes to documents
- Hard to download/install.
- Editing text feature doesn't always work; hard to recognize some text.
- Adding watermark isn't as easy as in Adobe.
- Saves us $100's of dollars ea. year
- Helps us do our job more easily & efficiently
I feel like overall it is easy to use, there is just not great communication from the company. We had trouble renewing our subscription this last time which took several days to finalize. The website and instructions to download the program were very hard to track down. Our company does save tons of money using this program vs. Adobe however so in the end, it is worth it!
The cost for Kofax PDF is much cheaper.

I love the edit text and typewriter feature. this helps me to edit or add things to my documents as needed. I also like being able to combine multiple documents into one file. Insert and extracting pages help for editing as well!
