Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
Oftentimes we receive PDF files that need to be filled in, and rather than printing it out and filling it in by hand, I find it faster to use FormTyper and then fill it in onscreen.
- Creating fillable PDF forms
- Editing documents
- I find it hard to navigate using the eraser. Oftentimes I give up and use Paperport for this.
- I do not think this is saving us money, but it does save me time.
I find the fillable pdf part easy to use, but if I have to backtrack and make some adjustments to the form using Edit, there are times when it just does not render correctly, and I find it easier to start all over again.
I tend to avoid annual subscriptions when possible.
