Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We have used Nuance Power PDF Standard version since 2015. Some features in Nuance such as extracting PDF pages within PDF viewing platform is what made us stayed with Nuance and bought more licenses of Kofax Power PDF.
  • Extracting PDF pages.
  • Modifying existing text and images.
  • Installation is bulky. Updates are not smooth.
  • Cloud interface could be better to sync.
  • One-off purchase licenses and hence, cost saving.
User Interface is simple to use and similar to other PDF editor software.
Purchasing licenses are simple without monthly charges. User interface is efficient.
Nuance / Kofax is power, simple to use PDF editor software with some unique features but installation process is bulky and some features could improve.

User interface with easy to use features are the most valuable to our workflow process.
Nuance / Kofax offered one-time license purchases. Compare to other big PDF software providers that charge monthly fee, this is a economically good for businesses to use powerful PDF editor without a big price tag.
