Every user has Kofax Power PDF installed and as default program to handle PDF files. Easy to edit, combine multiple documents and scan and OCR printed documents. Also, ability to edit existing PDF documents into word documents for further editing makes this program a winner for our PDF needs and workflows.

Very easy to use, some buttons and toolbars seem grouped on odd places, but once you figure it out and use it a couple of times you know exactly where to go the next time. Interface similar to Microsoft Office.

The ability to combine multiple PDF documents on one, while rotating pages, inserting annotations and editing right in the same editor is a time saver. The extra value of being able to convert a PDF document back to Word for further editing is amazing. Highly recommend Kofax Power PDF for archiving workflows or for sharing files from multiple sources as an all-in-one document in PDF format.
