Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I use Kofax Power PDF at my home office. I am not a power user but Kofax Power PDF allows me to manipulate Kofax Power PDF DF document constantly removing, adding pages and moving them. It makes it simple to add in photos and other file types such as word documents. I recommend this product to all my coworkers and friends. It makes me more efficient at my job and allows me to spend more time with my family.
  • Ease of use.
  • Compatibility with Numerous file types.
  • Cost efficient.
  • Improvements to the typewriter function.
  • Speeding up starting of the application.
  • License is allowing me to use it on my laptop also.
  • Time savings.
  • Easy learning curve.
  • Powerful project for cost.
Found the products basic functions very easy to learn I would like to see some product tutorials available it was just me getting more experience than some of the advanced functionality. I was initially concerned with all the PDF programs being compatible with the file but have not run into any problems with it.
I have found Power PDF a much more powerful program than the commonly available shareware PDF editors and readers and it is much more affordable than Adobe products and easier to use. I also enjoy that I do not have to constantly update the program to correct bugs and security problems.
I’ve only called support one time and asked some questions about licensing and upgrading from a previous addition I was very happy with the attention I was given and the level of support.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Dropbox, Kofax PaperPort (formerly Nuance)
The ability to quickly edit PDFs add text to them and add and remove pages as well as number them enables me to do my job in a much more efficient manner.
I find the program a little awkward and slow we’re just opening up PDF documents you read. I also wish that would incorporate a basic version of paper port to make scanning in documents easy within a single program. It would be very nice if the menus or I should say tool bars were customizable.
