Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I use it for home, school, and work. I have used this program for years. I love the integration with PaperPort; my favorite. Actually PaperPort is outstanding as it helps you organize all your digital data. Scan, save, or drag all your papers directly to PaperPort; from there you can change formats or even type directly into fillable documents. Love how Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) works as part of PaperPort; my recommendation would be get both Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) and PaperPort Professional. At work, when a document needs to be filled in, just scan, download, save, or drag to PaperPort then enable form filler to type directly into the document. From there you can print, save, file, upload, download, or email your document. Treat this as if you have a unlimited filing cabinet with unlimited drawers and files. Most people that show these programs to just love it and want to own and use it as well. Increase productivity by far. You will not regret owning these programs. These programs have helped me with school, work, and home. Stack your pages or rearrange your papers and stack in the order you want them to be viewed. Love how easy it is to add or move your documents to your hard drive, thumb drive, and most anywhere just by dragging.

It is easy to use, would like a more graphic interface. Make sure to integrate with Paper Port. Love my Paper Port. The graphical interface that PaperPort brings to the table helps with the easy manipulating any document. I love that I can create extra folders and change the color of my folders, and naming folders.
Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) stands up well beside any PDF program out there. I do use and like Wonder Share PDF as well. Wonder Share is a good PDF program. Adobe is way to expensive so I do not use any of Adobe products. My default PDF program is Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance). Just love the integration with PaperPort; you can do most anything.
Good support. Well, I have communicated through email, the response was quick and helpful. Not sure about calling Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) for support as I have not needed to do so as of yet; so not sure about phone support. There are plenty of self help videos and documentation posted to answer the majority of problems.

Form Completion, and the easy sharing documents. Used with Paper Port makes filing papers easy. Completing forms and organizing my documents are very important to me at work, school, and home. I need to figure out how to get electronic signatures as this would be a game changer for me; I will not have to chase people around for signatures.
Easy to complete forms, save, fax, or send as attachments; scan into Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) or PaperPort. Really like how easy it is to complete forms. Just type directly within the documents. I like the ability to rearrange my documents, add pages, and remove pages. Drag to your hard drive or any drive. Add photos, text, graphs, or whatever you want to any document.
