Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Power PDF Advanced is our default PDF program. We use it to view, create, modify, and manage PDFs.
- Mirrors the Office GUI and therefore is intuitive.
- Provides a great tabbed experience.
- You need to be able to set a custom highlighting color and pin it to the ribbon; very frustrating to have to go into settings to select it each time.
- You need to be able to re-integrate a separated tab back into a group of tabbed PDFs in another instance of Power PDF (like you can with Chrome, for example).
- Time savings.
I have been using Power PDF for several years. I prefer it over other PDF programs due to its ease of use and features.
I think Power PDF is superior in its ease of use.
