Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
It is used to print to pdf and to open and create pdf forms. It is used most often to create a pdf file from a Word or WordPerfect file so as to limit the ability of the recipient to make unauthorized changes.
- I like the watermarking ability.
- The bates stamping ability.
- The ease of merging pdf documents.
- Sometimes it is hard to find a feature that I know exists.
- It has virtually all the feature of Adobe without the high cost.
I find it mostly very easy and intuitive to use.
I have used Adobe Professional in the past and I like Kofax Power PDF better.
