Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We currently use Kronos Workforce Ready across the organization for payroll and HRIS. It addresses the business problem of having two different systems that did not communicate with each other. It has streamlined processes and given us greater ease in reporting and payroll generation.
- Support is Kronos' strongest selling point. They are very good about resolving problems and assisting with completion of tasks through their Solutions Center.
- The system is very easy to use and intuitive.
- Self service functions.
- Adding more independent "help" features with step by step instructions could be beneficial when you don't have time to wait for a call back from the Solutions Center.
