The only system you need for notifications and in-app messages.
Overall Satisfaction with Kumulos
Kumulos is used mainly on our resort's app. It is now the primary way we get in touch with our members. We use it to send notifications as well as in-app messages. By using Kumulos through the app, we are able to keep our members updated with what's going on in the resort, as well as push promotions to them. This has now replaced SMS as the main way to contact members. We aren't worried about outdated numbers anymore. As long as they have the app installed, we know we can contact them. As an added bonus, because of the number of members and messages, Kumulos is much more cost-effective than SMS. The analytics are also much better than SMS. The ways you can segregate the data are extremely helpful in determining how good or bad your campaign went. I must mention that the support team is also fantastic. I have reached out to them on occasion and they have always replied quickly and solved any issues that I had. They also are very open to listening to new ideas and actually implementing them. They can also help give you tips on how to achieve your goals with the system.

The Gaming Marketing team handle all the sending with regards to anything gaming related. If the casino has a tournament or announcements on prizes, this team handles the sending.
