I used this product to be my main form of lead & transaction management. it worked okay for that purpose.

Although the product works as described, their customer service is horrible. After a little over a year, I changed my business focus and no longer had a need for their service and it has taken me over 3 months to try to cancel the service. They will not return calls and are now threatening to send me to collections. I have sent at least 6 emails trying to cancel, but they will not even call me back.
