Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

We use LastPass [for Business] in several departments across the organization, but it is not a company-wide standard yet. We promote the use of LastPass [for Business] for security purposes. Enterprise features allow users to store passwords securely and share them with coworkers in a controlled manner. It has been very easy to increase the scope of our deployment and scale how LastPass Enterprise is used across our organization. Adding users and setting up new departmental groups is straightforward and handled by IT support. Licensing is simple and affordable as well. Additionally, reporting tools provided by LastPass make it easy to quickly gauge how adoption is progressing in various departments.

Overall we've been happy with LastPass support. They are quick to respond and answer any questions that we may have. More than that, the documentation that is available is fairly thorough and helps reduce the number of times that we need to reach out to support in the first place.
On top of that, there is a growing community of LastPass users who are willing to share their experiences and help answer questions as well.
LastPass for Business works well in organizations where multiple users and/or departments will be using the tool in a standardized way. While it's possible to implement it in an ad-hoc fashion, this can end up resulting in more confusion. If your organization is willing to enforce policies about how passwords are transmitted and where they can be stored, LastPass for Business may be a good solution.
