Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business
We use LastPass [for Business], not only to save the myriad of passwords that the IT department must deal with, but we use it as a continuity enhancer to "backup" user credentials they may have applied but not documented. This covers us in the event another employee leaves suddenly. Even if there is some undocumented use, LastPass allows us to access this user's stored credentials and recover.
We have attempted to roll this out to the whole company, but some people are just stubborn, so we have kept it only in IT and Accounting.

- We use LastPass [for Business] to share sensitive passwords amongst IT users (like admin accounts).
- We use LastPass [for Business] to backup IT engineers' passwords for recovery if needed.
- We store secure notes to manage sensitive information amongst the group.
- Some web pages do not interact well with LastPass [for Business]. I sometimes have to resort to "cut and paste" the username and password from the browser plugin.
- When multiple matches occur for an address, the plugin does not allow enough room to see them all; and scrolling this list is a pain.
- It is annoying that the link to list the passwords often overlaps the content in the input field of the web page.
- LastPass [for Business] has kept our password complexity high while lowering the burden of keeping track of them.
