Overall Satisfaction with Lattice

Lattice is used for internal communication regarding goals and progression of goals on an individual contributor and team level. In addition to tracking goals, Lattice is used for weekly meetings with managers and directors. Each user can also update leadership on recent successes, challenges, and items they would like to improve upon.

  • Clear metrics for manager subordinate conversations

In my experience, it takes a significant amount of time for a user to understand how to best use this software and in not the most user friendly. Though the reporting and data are accurate, I think Lattice can be challenging to be able to identify the data you desire as well as a challenge to manipulate the data if needed.

Some similar functionality though the core functions are different. BambooHR is predominantly HR software but does have areas to manage goals as well as conversations with managers. I believe tracking goals is a bit better in Lattice and is more comprehensive but not quite as simple to use or navigate.

Lattice is great at showing goals and tracking them, but is fairly challenging for some users (like myself) to navigate and to know exactly where to update information. All of the goals can be linked together but seems to be confusing how to ensure that you are updating the correct information and if it will be connected to someone else's goals.
