Lattice Reviews

I think Reflektive is better for small organizations, as it does have a more informal look and does not have such robust functionalities. Lattice works on big organizations and is better suited for longs chain of command and it has a more serious look and feel. However, Reflketive is better with notifications, it is more useful and less intrusive.

Lattice was better than UltiPro because it was a simple solution for a very specific need. UltiPro offers a lot of features and functionality but Lattice is great if you want a software that will help with seeking feedback and reviews only, and isn't bogged down with many other different features to use.

I believe Lattice is the strongest of these options because it is very customizable to each organization. Its well designed and can be used for all department needs. I found the other solutions a bit too rigid, which was inconvenient. I like the flexibility I get with Lattice.

As one of the first in the country to implement the full SuccessFactors platform (back before they were acquired), I am very familiar with its functionality... and so it is the best-of-breed, from my perspective. (or used to be; no idea what it looks like now that ownership has changed hands twice) In a start-up company, there is simply no way we could afford the SuccessFactors price tag, but Lattice offers similar, basic functionality. That was what we were in need of, and it comes at a fraction of what the other platform used to cost !
