Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We wanted a better understanding of who was going on our website, how long they were spending on our website and what they were looking at while they were there. Lead Forensics gives us that capability. It allows us to track whether visits to our websites are customers or prospects and if they visit more than once.

Pros

  • Identifying which companies are on our website
  • The onboarding and customer experience was very good
  • Helps us analyse the journey visitors take on our website

Cons

  • The sales process was quite full on.

I think there are limitations to what it can do, and I wouldn't believe the sales pitch for how many leads it will generate. But if you are realistic about what you want from it (in our case this was to gain a better understanding of who is on our website) it is a good tool.
