Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We just started using Lead Forensics a few months ago to help generate quality leads for the sales team. My company has strong OEM partners but lacked aggressive growth strategies for end users and distributors. We also struggle quantifying and tracking those opportunities. Lead Forensics is already helping us generate more leads and track them through the lead, opportunity, and order stages.

Pros

  • Sending targeted reports with customized information
  • Providing endless ways to sort and filter data
  • The customer support and training is the best that I have ever seen

Cons

  • Spend more time running through filters and data manipulation
  • Slow down the onboarding process so that customers better understand how to properly develop ICP
  • Lead Forensics has re-energized the sales organization pushing customer interactions to higher level
  • ROI in 3-4 months
  • Lead Forensics is providing data that has provided the sales organization with a common focus and goal
Getting information and using the portal easy. There is room to improve the filtering and better defining all of the acronyms
