I use Lead Forensics for lead generation, analytics, A/B testing, and to provide insight into my email campaigns. I can view engagement on our website and see where I need to make changes to improve the user journey. I use Lead Forensics to provide user info with the UTM codes.
Pros
- Shows me who the visiting businesses are on our website
- Provides detailed information about each company
- Provides a custom report of businesses who abandon their cart before completing check-out
Cons
- Lead Forensics is a sales heavy application, I would like to see more integrations for marketing
- videos and webinars are also very sales driven and I would like to see marketing know how videos, tutorials, and webinars. Afterall, they've go to make it through marketing in order for sales to close the deal!
- I am too new to track Lead Forensics to ROI, but it does help me understand customer behavior and who we need to follow up a call with.
- On Marketing's overall business objectives, Lead Forensics has helped me in putting evidence to the data for Marketing's efforts.
Surpasses Seamless, and close to the same of ZoomInfo and HubSpot.
