Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

We use Lead Forensics to identify new potential customers. It allows us to gear our pitch to their specific needs or what they are considering in the moment. It allows us to work well with our existing client base to identify additional needs. We have also been able to use the Contacts feature to get email addresses, phone numbers, and locations. It links us to their Linkedin profiles which is great.

Pros

  • Lead Generation by identifying the new traffic to our website.
  • Customer retention by identifying the pages they visit so we understand their needs prior to contact
  • It provides the contact information
  • It identifies individuals in the roles I am searching

Cons

  • It would be nice to integrate with Outlook
  • It would be nice if it acted more like a CRM
  • It needs to provide more accurate personnel info as sometimes people have been gone for years
  • Improved Customer Care - I was able to proactively follow up with customers who revisited our site, leading to faster support and increased satisfaction. One follow-up resulted in a $5K upsell.
  • Enhanced Professionalism - Referencing recent site activity during outreach made my calls more relevant and professional—customers noticed and responded better.
  • Smarter Cold Calling - By knowing which companies were actively researching us, I reached the right decision-makers faster. This cut my cold call time in half and boosted conversion rates.
I give it an 8 because with just 15–30 minutes a day, I can uncover valuable activity that leads to real revenue. It’s simple to use, and the insights help me prioritize outreach effectively. That small daily investment consistently turns into meaningful follow-ups, upsells, and new opportunities, making it a strong contributor to my sales results.
I’ve used SalesIntel primarily for contact data, but I haven’t explored its web tracking features. What sets Lead Forensics apart is how quickly it delivers actionable insights from site visits. It helps me identify engaged accounts and prioritize follow-up without extra effort. For our needs, Lead Forensics offered a more immediate impact on sales productivity and customer engagement.

Do you think Lead Forensics delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Lead Forensics's feature set?

Yes

Did Lead Forensics live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lead Forensics go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lead Forensics again?

Yes

Lead Forensics was especially effective in identifying returning visitors from existing customer accounts. This allowed me to proactively reach out, understand their interests based on web activity, and successfully expand the scope of services they were already purchasing. It's less appropriate for brand-new lead generation, as it doesn’t capture anonymous traffic without prior engagement or recognizable IP data.
