Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics

Evergreen Electronics uses Lead Forensics to see what companies are searching on our two websites. We can see what pages they visit, how long they spend on each page and what keywords they searched for. These features allow us to reach out to these companies and be a resource for their Hardware IT needs.

Pros

  • The training aspect of their clients is outstanding
  • The level of detail provided
  • The ease of of use of their application is great
  • Their Customer Success Managers are the best

Cons

  • The platform can be slow at times
  • We just got started so we are not sure yet
  • We truly enjoyed meeting with our Customer Success Manager, Jaleesa R., each week. She is a joy to work with.
