A really robust way to allocate leads
Overall Satisfaction with Lead Forensics
As a B2B refurbished computer business, Evergreen Electronics uses Lead Forensics to identify anonymous website visitors, as well as track their origin using UTMs. This allows us to uncover high-intent sales leads, understand their interests, and reach out at the perfect time. Additionally we are able to take these leads and port them directly to our CRM, Zoho.
Pros
- Showing us leads that we would otherwise be completely unaware of
- Lead organization
- Targeted origin tracking using UTMs
Cons
- The user interface isn't the most intuative, but is still pretty good
- The ability to expand the contents of our dashboard would be nice
- Maybe a way to toggle 'Key Pages' from icons to text
- It has allowed us to have prospects even during our slow months
- It has helped of think of new ways to organize the User Experience on our own website based on prospect behavior
- Has allowed us to see the effectiveness of our emails cold campaigns in real time. This has allowed us to think about what works and what doesn't when it comes to cold outreach.
While I personally don't have a ton of experience with Zoominfo, our sales team is raving about how much better Lead Forensics has been.
