Overall Satisfaction with Lead411

Lead411 leads are being used in the research and the reach-out campaigns. It's only used in the sales department for now.
  • Cell phone numbers
  • Data accuracy
  • Emails
  • UI would need to be upgraded.
  • More granular filtering such as AND/OR/NOT.
  • UX could be improved as well.
  • It's too early to measure for us.

It's well suited for targeting director level and above at SMB, mid-market, and enterprise companies. We've only looked at leads from the US and Canada so I can't assess how representative my feedback is when it comes to other countries.
