I have 3 pipelines for my business: speaking engagements, individual coaching, and product sales. I was having incredible difficulty trying to keep track of who I should be following up with on what. It was so easy to customize the 3 pipelines, with the help of an agent over the phone that was able to provide me with some ideas on how I might want to manage them differently which was great. I use the platform every day. It keeps me up to date on all the various sales activities I have to follow up with and gives me a quick snap shot of my progress to goals. My business would not be where it is today without the Less Annoying CRM!
