Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

I have 3 pipelines for my business: speaking engagements, individual coaching, and product sales. I was having incredible difficulty trying to keep track of who I should be following up with on what. It was so easy to customize the 3 pipelines, with the help of an agent over the phone that was able to provide me with some ideas on how I might want to manage them differently which was great. I use the platform every day. It keeps me up to date on all the various sales activities I have to follow up with and gives me a quick snap shot of my progress to goals. My business would not be where it is today without the Less Annoying CRM!

Easy to use. IMplementation was quick and easy. Allowed for customization but it wasn't complicated
I spent about an hour or two on the phone with their support team helping me make a few decisions on how I might customize the tool which was incredibly helpful. I also received an email from the team making a suggestion for how I could use it to address one of my concerns.
If you have customers you need a CRM. You need to be able to manage the relationship with the customer and you also need to manage the growth. Being able to track how your target customers are moving through the pipeline is critical and how you are progressing with your revenue goals. Through the system, you can identify performance problems, and customer problems.
