Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

I use Less Annoying CRM to manage my prospects and clients. I keep all my contact data including where they fall in the sales cycle and the size of the opportunity in their record. I am able to create fields unique to my needs and ad hoc groups that contacts can be taken in and out of as business goals change.

It’s super easy to use and everything that I want, it has.
I asked for an import and Less Annoying CRM noticed it was already completed by me and notified me. They clearly showed me how to import multiple contacts to the same company. Included in your rate are unlimited 15-minute zoom calls with a trainer & the trainers are excellent.
I think Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) is perfect for everyone. It’s super customizable. I like mine very simple with few modifications. A sales director with a larger team could build LACRM to suit their own KPIs & not have the salespeople baffled by extraneous fields like some of the larger CRMs have. When you need a big change, LACRM has the people to program and train. When you are humming along there is no extra engineer to pay.
