Using the amazing Less Annoying CRM for over 15 years to manage information for 10,000 contacts. Support is incredible. I am an older guy that appreciates the easy to use Less Annoying CRM system. The rare times I reach out to their support, it is very encouraging to be contacted back immediately, and their support staff is very kind and patient when explaining things. The easy-to-use "Fields" allows us to identify customers in many different ways; which is helpful because we have many different categories of customers. We have a lot of high school and college Interns that work part-time. In just a few minutes they can be productive and active users on the Less Annoying CRM platform. It is truly Less Annoying.
