Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM
We use LACRM to track clients, their information, and the different insurance policies they carry. We also use it to upload applications where appropriate, files such as cancellation letters or adding/dropping dependents from their policies. Paper files are uploaded to LACRM after 3 years to preserve documents and increased security of files, then the paper files are shredded. We have over 500 clients to monitor & preserve records for, whether active or inactive.
